Facilities

Our students enjoy exceptional teaching and learning resources, and our research facilities are among the best in Ireland. DCU is home to leading research centres in areas such as educational assessment and evaluation, bullying prevention and human rights, cellular biotechnology, neurotherapeutics, sensors, plasma technology, biomedical diagnostics, machine translation, cloud computing and data analysis.

The U Student Centre

In 2018, DCU unveiled its brand new student centre, the U. This building acts as a hub of activities, providing student support services and enhancing the overall student experience for our rapidly growing student population.

Sports Complex

DCU Sports Complex is a state-of-the-art facility which incorporates health, wellness and sports to meet all your exercise and leisure needs. The Sports Complex provides a variety of facilities; a 25-metre swimming pool, spa facilities, fitness centres, group fitness classes and more.
