Introduction to Massage is a practical and theoretical class that introduces people to different types of massage, the health benefits of massage and contraindications where massage is not advisable. Students will learn practical massage of the leg, back, head, neck and shoulders, face. This course does not offer a qualification and is an introductory course only. Students will be contacted in advance of the start of the course with a list of what to bring to the class.
