• Identify the factors that can affect the energy requirements of an individual : weight , height and exercise level.
• Outline current diet guidelines and explain the link between exercise and well-being
• Demonstrate a basic knowledge of substance and drug abuse
• Demonstrate awareness about common illnesses in the population
• Identify Health issues in the local community and how to promote healthy living
