Course Description:
This class will be teaching techniques for bread making.
This will include white bread, brown bread, assorted
rolls, sweet breads, soda bread.
There are different techniques and ways to achieve the same results with
these breads.
Each week during the class, each person will make their own bread.
Course Day & Time: Monday evening 7.00 – 9.30 pm
Start Date: 18/09/23
Cost: €140 (Note: This includes the ingredients for this course)
Course Format: In class with tutor – Maximum of 10 students
Duration: 8 weeks
